There is just one edition of Search Engine Commando. It runs in a feature-limited, non-licensed trial mode with no time limits until activated using an unlock code. While in the trial mode, the software operates with the following restrictions, but is otherwise fully functional:

1. Only 5 of the 400+ supported search engines are enabled for searching and submitting.
2. The Domain Monitor will save only one domain name.
